ABOUT
I'm Angelina Blackmon. I spent a decade building the parts of products that decide whether people come back, at Spotify, Etsy, and Google.
At Spotify, I led the work on the homepage, the first thing hundreds of millions of people see when they open the app. My job was making sure what showed up was something each person actually wanted, then making sure they came back tomorrow.
At Etsy, I ran homepage strategy responsible for $132 million in sales. I launched the video feed from zero. I built Active Missions, the engine that figured out what to show each shopper based on what they were trying to do.
At Google, I was the sole product lead and founder of an AI consumer app I took from zero to 100,000 users.
The work was always the same underneath: figure out what each person needs, give it to them at the right moment, make sure they come back.
That's what I do at Kiven.
I started Kiven because the AI moment is full of products that demo beautifully and lose people in a week. The model is fine. The part that makes someone come back, that part is almost always broken. I've spent ten years building exactly that part.
