I offer two types of work: engagements for consumer start up, and a simpler set of offers for small businesses. Both listed below.

  • Diagnostic / 2 weeks / $15,000–$20,000

    Something is wrong and you can't pin it down. Users aren't coming back, engagement is flat, and nothing you've tried has moved the number. This is where to start.

    I spend two weeks going deep: how your product presents itself to users, where people are dropping off, what the real cause is. I look at what's working in consumer AI right now and benchmark what I find against it.

    What you get:

    A clear diagnosis of what's broken and where. A ranked list of what to fix first and what each fix requires. A 90-day plan with defined ownership.

    This is for you if you know something is off but can't tell if it's the onboarding, the first-run experience, the feed, or something else. It typically leads into a Sprint.

  • Build sprint / 4–6 weeks / $30,000–$50,000

    You know what's broken. You need someone to design the fix and drive it to something shippable.

    I take one specific part of the product — the feed, the search experience, the recommendations, the onboarding flow, the trigger that brings people back — and go from problem definition to a working prototype or a spec your engineers can build from.

    What you get:

    A defined problem with clear success metrics. A full design of how that part of the product should work. A working prototype or an implementation-ready spec. A clear measure of whether it worked.

    This is for you if your team has engineers who can build but doesn't have someone who can design the right thing for them to build.

  • Fractional engagement / 3–6 months / $12,000–$15,000/month

    You need someone senior running this, not just advising on it. You don't want to hire a full-time person yet, or you haven't found the right one.

    I come in as your embedded product partner, working across product, data, and engineering. I set direction, prioritize the roadmap, oversee design and shipping, and make sure the company is building the right thing at every step.

    What you get:

    Weekly direction on what to build and why. A prioritized roadmap. Design and shipping oversight. When you're ready to hire someone full-time, I help you define exactly what you're hiring for.

    This is for you if you're at Series A or B without a head of AI product, or you have a PM gap specifically on the parts of your product that need to get smarter over time.

    A full-time head of AI product runs $350,000–$700,000 or more in salary, equity, and benefits. Three months with me costs $36,000–$45,000. No hiring cycle, no equity, no long-term commitment.

  • Full build / 6–12 weeks / $40,000–$80,000

    You have a clear vision for an AI consumer product and you need someone who can build it alongside you, fast and right.

    I work with you from strategy through launch: positioning the product, designing how the AI works and how users experience it, building or overseeing the build, and launching with a plan for what to watch and what to do next.

    What you get:

    A product strategy. A full design of how the AI works and how users experience it. A working product, built and launched. A post-launch plan for activation and what to measure.

    This is for you if you're a founder who knows what you want to build and needs a senior product partner to build it alongside you, not a project manager who waits for a spec.
